My approach is relaxed & friendly. Often described as photo documentary in style, I aim to capture the smaller stories, and often more unique moments, throughout the day as they unfold in front of me. My photographs have a naturally energetic & vibrant style. I rarely ask couples to pose and when I do I’m often more interested in the small moments afterwards. One of my favourite parts of the day is photographing the dancing. I’m fanatic about flash and love capturing the energy on the dance floor. This usually means I stay right through until the very end. Having studied photography at the University of Plymouth I graduated in 2011 with first class honours. Shortly afterwards I met the British photographer Martin Parr and began working for him in 2012. Over the years we’ve worked on many eclectic projects together, needless to say his photographic practice has had a big impact on my photographic work and the way I see the world today.
