Wedding venue: Judges at Kirklevington Hall is a traditional country house hotel with rich fabrics and elegant rooms, set in mature, English gardens. It's just south of the pretty and well-heeled village of Yarm and not far from the North Yorkshire border, but you wouldn't believe that it is only five or six miles south of the industrial sprawl of Teesside. The North Yorkshire Moors and the East Yorkshire coast (Whitby) are only a 30-minute drive away, while the A19 close by connects it with Middlesbrough, Sunderland and Newcastle to the north.
The highlights of the wedding venue for me are the sweeping terrace, the gazebo (where Rachel and Chris' ceremony took place) and the 31 acres of idyllic, landscaped gardens and woodlands, graceful lawns that sweep down from the Hall’s sunny terraces to the tiny river, which meanders across the estate via waterfalls and under ornate bridges.. . . Wedding venue: King's Place – The venue was great. We wanted a flexible space that could be used for the ceremony, reception, dining area and dance floor. We also wanted an outdoor area in case the weather was good. There was also some great places to take pictures. . Venue Website
Photographer: Minna Rossi Photography. Our photographer was fantastic and we could not recommend her more highly. She went above and beyond to get to know us and help make us feel comfortable in front of the camera. She got on really well with all our other suppliers include the venue staff, videographer and band and took time to get to know them beforehand. We were so excited to receive the pictures and video and both our photographer and videographer captured the day perfectly.

Wedding venue: Gildings Barn has the traditional rustic style of an old-fashioned barn - cosy and welcoming in the winter with plenty of room outdoors for summer weddings. Despite its olde-worlde feel, the main barn dates from the 1990s and was made from timber from trees that fell in the "Great Storm" of 1987. Venue Website
Photographer: Chris Mann has been photographing weddings through the UK and overseas for the last 15 years, so has plenty of experience, and a relaxed natural style that fitted well with this couple's approach.
